Medium Course 

This hike is ideal for women who already have some fitness or hiking experience and are ready to take the next step.

Expect longer days on the track, more elevation, and the challenge of carrying a heavier overnight pack. These trips balance physical effort with support, clear planning, and a steady pace.

You’ll be challenged - but never rushed -and you’ll finish feeling stronger, more capable, and deeply grounded.

 

Best for: women with some hiking or endurance fitness who want to stretch themselves.

This Medium-level hike involves long days and a solid physical effort, with the option to stay in Harrietville before or after to break up the journey.
