This entry-level overnight hike is designed for women who are new to hiking or feeling unsure where to start. Distances and elevation are manageable, the pace is supportive, and there’s plenty of guidance along the way.

You’ll learn the basics of overnight hiking - what to pack, how to pace yourself, and how to feel confident carrying a pack - all in a small, encouraging group.
Perfect if you want to step out of your comfort zone without feeling overwhelmed.

Best for: first-time overnight hikers, beginners, women building confidence. Able to hike up to 10kms a day with a 12kg pack. ​​​
Medium Course
​Stretch Yourself
This hike is ideal for women who already have some fitness or hiking experience and are ready to take the next step.
​
Expect longer days on the track, more elevation, and the challenge of carrying a heavier pack. These trips balance physical effort with support, clear planning, and a steady pace.

You’ll be challenged - but never rushed -and you’ll finish feeling stronger, more capable, and deeply grounded.
​
Best for: women with some hiking or endurance fitness who want to stretch themselves. Able to hike up to 15kms a day with a 15kg pack.
